Rested Power: Leading Without Force

Are we as a society ready to lead and be led without force?  If you are then start.  Soften up little by little.  Yes we live in a harsh world, it has been for some time.  But the world we are entering requires stillness, softness and fluid power.   It means you are called to remember your true power,  not the one you were told to have or in some cases “given”  in other cases, TOOK from others with force and brutality. 

Can you lead or be led without force?

Let’s first get into WHY…  well the cost of hardening up and continuing to FORCE your way to power will just not hold in the new world that is emerging as I type this.   You will not make it there if you need to step on peoples back and kick them down on your way up, it just will not work.  If you are a business owner, your business will fail, or you will get into some kind of illness that will take your false power away. 

I have lived it all.  That is why I am saying, beware the new energies require clean leadership.  Humanity-first leadership.  Planet-first projects.  Environment-first initiatives.   If you do not do this, you simply will fail at whatever else that is born from forceful taking… So ask yourself today, where am I forcefully taking power, that is not mine?

I will share a few examples for business leaders, you are whom I am most vested in… the new paradigm calls for you to question the following;

• Where are you unnecessarily overworking your staff and making them work for more than you KNOWINGLY pay them for?   This is extracting life-force from people, taking power that is not yours, forcefully.
• Are you PURPOSEFULLY selling your services and products at much higher prices than you need to?   This is extracting abundance from people who have earned their money and now give more to you than what you are GIVING in return. If there is an imbalance in an exchange you are taking power that is not yours, through greed. 
• Are you WILLINGLY offering products or services that are actually harmful to society, while pretending it for their benefit?   This is… you get the gist of this right?! 

The onus is on you as a leader to evaluate the decisions and actions of your business, whom do they serve, honour and elevate? And is it done from a place of integrity?  

Who will know?  Let’s just say… it will be revealed one way or the other.
